I believe the foundation of effective therapy is rooted in compassionate listening, honest and open communication, and respect for one another. Together, we can work towards healing and self-determination. I work with adults and adolescents of all ages to overcome challenges related to relationship & family conflict, stress, career struggles, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I offer day and evening sessions. My clinical interests include concerns related to career problems, LGBTQIA2S+ identity, intergenerational trauma, and relationships. I use a relational, non-judgmental approach and value your strengths and resilience.
