Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I am driven by a powerful purpose: to guide BIPOC folx to embody their truths. Too often, we find ourselves caught in a state of "in-betweenness," where we feel we don't quite fit into mainstream culture and yet may also experience a sense of not fully belonging to our personal cultures. I am here to assist you in shedding what no longer serves you, grounding into your bodily wisdom, and embracing your true identities. I firmly believe that when we embody our truths, life flows more easily.
