I strive to create a non-judgmental, authentic environment that honors each individual’s connection to themselves and the world in which they exist. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, rooted in curiosity, humor, and compassion. I draw from mind–body practices to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and capacity for change. My areas of focus include deepening self-understanding, strengthening relationships, and fostering empowerment through sex therapy and identity exploration. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as ACT, somatic therapies, and DBT to support growth through a holistic, interconnected lens.
