Thank you for visiting my profile and taking the first step towards healing. We are often faced with challenges that can disrupt our lives in ways we never imagined. Trauma can impact our lives, bodies, and minds in unexpected ways. We often try to "white knuckle" our way through it and we often find ourselves surviving instead of living. My goal is to provide a safe place where you are able to share your story with me, work through negative thought patterns and beliefs, and develop healthy coping skills. Together we will move towards the path of healing.
