I provide a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. No matter where you are on your journey, I’m here to help. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, OCD, complex trauma, and PTSD. I have a particular interest in bipolar disorder and complex relationship dynamics, especially individuals suffering from narcissistic abuse.
