Many people experience anxiety, grief, communication challenges, PTSD, decision-making stress, self-confidence concerns, or boundary difficulties. I help individuals and couples understand underlying concerns, face fears with support, and work toward healing. I utilize a trauma-informed approach focused on emotional safety and empowerment.
