I work with young adults, adults, and older adults, as well as couples, who are navigating high-functioning anxiety, chronic pain, trauma, grief, relationship distress, inter generational-trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, yet feel stuck in patterns that haven’t shifted despite years of insight or traditional therapy.
