Hi, This is Christina. I commonly work with clients from the ages of 18 through 99. I work with clients with anxiety disorders, depression, adjusting to life changes, identifying and exploring feelings and emotions, forgiveness, grief & loss, and mindfulness. I help clients manage life's varied challenges as they learn to live a more fulfilled life. I help clients understand their feelings, why, and how to cope. I also work with couples to help them work through relationship issues and live happier lives together.
