I work with smart, capable young men who did well in school but feel blindsided by adulthood. Life was supposed to "click" by now. Instead, you keep running into invisible walls. Another job that didn’t pan out. Another relationship that never really got off the ground. You hesitate, overthink, or shut down while everyone else seems to know the rules you never got. You want independence, confidence, & connection, but fear of failure keeps getting in the way. You’ve tried talking about it before, hoping insight alone would fix things, & when it didn’t, it only reinforced the fear that everyone was wrong- you wont amount to anything.
