I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Executive Coach based in Northern California. I work with clients nationwide via telehealth so you can get the best care no matter where you live. I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families. As the daughter and mother of men in the military, I have a deep understanding of military families, and I treat families as a system working together towards deep connection and trust.
