In our sessions, you'll find me attentive, disarming, and inquisitive. We'll collaborate on what you want to achieve in therapy and figure out what prevents you from moving forward. We'll find ways to provide immediate relief and hope while exploring the root causes of these issues. With couples, I understand that the same old issues can resurface, and I will help you discover new ways of being together to overcome these stalemates and grow closer.
