I am a licensed therapist in Florida with over 15 years of professional experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am EMDR trained and work with children, adolescents, and adults. My therapeutic approach is integrative and draws from Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Reality-based theories. I utilize a range of evidence-based interventions, including client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive restructuring, and mind–body connection techniques. I have extensive experience working with trauma, addiction, self-esteem and confidence issues, anxiety, anger management, ADD/ADHD, and depression.
