I use a variety of modalities and theories, tailoring each to fit the client's needs. I practice with a trauma-focused, strength-based, person-centered approach and believe the client is the most intricate part of the therapeutic process. I have a background and interest in working with individuals who struggle with complex trauma, personality disorders, ADHD, attachment issues, and PTSD. I am socially informed and knowledgeable on the community and societal issues experienced by BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
