I use a variety of modalities and theories, tailoring each to fit client needs. I am emotionally focused and practice with a trauma focused, strength based, person-centered approach and believe the client is the most intricate part of the therapeutic process. I have a background and interest in working with individuals who struggle with complex trauma, personality disorders, attachment issues, neurodivergence and PTSD. I am passionate, socially informed and knowledgeable on the community and societal issues experienced by BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals
