Therapy is the process of meeting with a licensed mental health professional to help you resolve problematic behaviors, thoughts, feelings and sensations. Through therapy you can change self-destructive behaviors, resolve painful memories, improve relationships and more. With commitment and time you will be able to live a mentally and emotionally healthy life. The process of therapy starts with me conducting a comprehensive clinical assessment. You and I will meet to develop goals for our work together. I will use a variety of treatment approaches and interventions tailored to your unique needs.
