Hi, I’m Christina, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I help individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion. I also work with couples seeking to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate conflict in healthier, more meaningful ways. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about creating space to better understand yourself and your relationships, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward the life and connections you want. Safety is a foundational part of the healing process, and our work will be guided by what helps you feel supported, secure, and understood.
