We can all feel stuck or defeated in life sometimes, uncertain as to how to move forward. As a therapist for the past 10 years I have helped many clients find and restore their inner strength and direction to take back control of their life. My favorite part about being a therapist is building connection and implementing solution. I have helped many clients with a complex range of issues as a therapist including children and adults with severe mental illness, developmental disabilities, complex medical issues and trauma. I believe that healing individuals and families requires working on the entire family system.
