Welcome! I’m Christina. I’ve been a professional counselor for over 15 years. I have worked with individuals and couples from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. I believe that we are inherently whole and good at our core, but through life challenges and struggles we forget who we truly are. My intention is to empower you to be your own best expert on you. I am skilled at guiding you back to your inner knowing, strength and power. We are often wounded in relationship, but we also heal in relationship.
