I believe that language and humor are integral parts of understanding the and navigating the human condition. My work is rooted in education and advocacy, with a spicy feminist twist. I love to help folks better understand themselves, the systems, and internalized ideas that may be hindering them in achieving their goals. My specialized field of study is adult ADHD. As an ADHDer myself, I understand the unique challenges, sensitivities, strengths, and dark humor of my fellow spicy-brained travelers.
