I have over 15 years of experience providing solution focused therapy to teens, adults, and families. I recognize the importance of relationship building and put an emphasis on that in my work. I specialize in working with complex trauma and family histories, and am trained in EMDR and Functional Family Therapy. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment that will allow us to tailor treatment to your needs. Finding, and more importantly, trusting a therapist can be a challenging task and I am here to make this experience as easy as possible.
