I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles, serving clients based in California. I support individuals who seek insight into change and acceptance through self-compassion. As an Asian American, navigating two cultures has provided me with opportunities to experience the dualities that exist. I specialize in trauma-informed care work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, utilizing the cultural lens and understanding the lived experiences. I will explore the themes of how we can respect our culture while being able to honor the change we seek in our own personal identity.
