I regularly work with individuals, couples and families, with a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to, daily issues, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting issues, challenges in careers, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I help clients cope with stressful life situations and transitions. I help many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I have worked to support and empower clients of all ages and walks of life in individual and group settings. I tremendously enjoy working with a diverse clientele and look forward to working with you! I use an eclectic approach to counseling and utilize several theories in my technique. I feel that each individual is different and there isn't one approach which works for everyone.
