Navigating the world as an LGBTQIA+ or gender expansive individual can be challenging, especially as a teen or young adult. Exploring gender/sexuality, while facing homophobia and/or transphobia, can cause significant emotional distress. It can be hard to know how to process and cope with those feelings, or where to turn for help. I hope to provide a safe, affirming environment for adolescents and adults on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum to discuss their unique experiences, and work towards affirmation of their authentic self.
