I'm a Clinical Health Psychologist specializing in individuals and care-partner dyads navigating the challenges of serious medical conditions like ALS, stroke, etc. The patients I work with often feel overwhelmed by changes in physical ability, identity, and future plans. They seek space to process grief, strengthen resilience, and maintain connection. Their goal is to live meaningfully—despite uncertainty. In my therapeutic work, we focus on what matters most, using evidence-based tools to reduce distress, foster acceptance, and support both autonomy and intimacy in the face of illness.
