I’m Christina, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in social services and counseling adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs, creating a supportive space to explore challenges and build resilience. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, traveling, reading, and adventures with my pup. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered on your journey. Clients can expect to feel supported, heard, and empowered in our sessions. Together, we’ll develop practical coping skills and techniques that can be applied in daily life to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where you can build resilience, gain insight, and feel more confident.
