I’m a registered mental health counselor intern dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care that fosters a safe and supportive environment. By incorporating creative interventions (art, writing, and other expressive techniques), I encourage you to engage in the therapeutic process in ways that resonate with you personally. I am committed to honoring your journey, and strive to empower you to navigate life’s challenges, cultivate personal growth, and achieve meaningful change. I graduated from the University of North Florida in 2024, earning both an MS degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in animal-assisted therapy. During my internship, I practiced under a Registered Play Therapist where I gained experience working with children, teens, and adults through expressive modalities such as play and art.
