Hi! I'm happy you're here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified school social worker in Connecticut with over 10 years of experience supporting clients of all ages. In addition to my years of clinical work, I’ve spent many years playing and coaching athletics, which has deepened my understanding of teamwork, resilience, and motivation- qualities I bring into my therapeutic work. I have experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, school challenges, and relationship dynamics.
