"As one of the clinical psychologists at Hawaii Counseling and Wellness Center, Dr. Lu works with clients of all ages, through individual, couples, and family therapy. Depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues are among her clinical specialties. Dr. Lu has training in couples and family as well as emotion focused models. Dr. Lu utilizes an integrative approach to therapy that incorporates relational, cognitive behavioral, and strength based methods actively tailored to the individual, couple, or family.
