I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in mental health.I believe that through the collaboration of medication, education, therapy and healthy living that one learns to overcome struggles with mental illness, trauma, behavior and personality. I operate from the strengths perspective and strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment to facilitate behavioral change. I strongly believe in achieving balance through healthy living, spiritual health, emotional health, and social health. I encourage all of my clients to work on achieving balance in their lives and to live based upon their personal values.
