If you feel stuck—like you’ve talked about things but still feel the same in your body—EMDR can help create the deeper change you’ve been wanting. I help women and adolescents heal emotional wounds related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, childhood experiences, and relationship patterns. EMDR works by helping the brain process memories and beliefs that are stored in “survival mode”—so you can finally move forward with clarity and confidence. Along with EMDR, I’m trained in Functional Family Therapy – Child Welfare (FFT-CW) and Nurturing Parenting, which allows me to support both individual healing and family dynamics.
