Hi, I’m Christina Mathieson — Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of My Mental Climb. I see life as a climb — full of peaks, valleys, and the in-between moments where real growth happens. My role is to help you find your footing, gain clarity, and keep moving forward — even when the path feels steep. Clients often describe me as compassionate and grounding, someone who helps them see their struggles through a new lens and walk away with practical tools they can actually use in everyday life. I create a space where honesty, curiosity, and self-acceptance can take root — because real change happens when you feel safe My work spans a wide range of life challenges — from relationship conflict and anxiety to identity exploration and intimacy concerns. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate their sexuality and relationships in ways that feel authentic, empowered, and deeply connected.
