I specialize in providing anti-oppressive therapy to sexually and gender diverse folx, neurodivergent, fat, and poly/ENM folx dealing with issues of identity, shame, trauma, body image, self-esteem, OCD, and interpersonal conflict. I support clients in identifying thought patterns that prevent growth and unlearning internalized messages. I employ IFS/parts work to help you understand different aspects of yourself and the role/function they each serve (e.g., protection) to work towards restoration and repair.
