Welcome. I am passionate in working with women throughout all stages and transitions of life. I see clients throughout Northern California via secure telehealth, including, Sacramento, Chico, Shasta, Redding and Santa Rosa. Utilizing a combination of approaches that assist in balancing and creating harmony in the mind, body, emotions and spirit. Working to create a space where feelings and worries can be named and articulated. Dramatic histories, and conflict can come to light, be examined, explored, and hope, along with creative ideas can be introduced.
