Welcome! The choice to enter into therapy can be daunting, but also extremely rewarding if you are willing to take this step. I have over 20 years of experience working with a very diverse population in different treatment settings. I will provide you with a very safe space, full of compassion, non-judgment, and validation, in helping you in your recovery process. I have a strong background in DBT, Mindfulness, ACT, and CBT.
