I specialize in working with adults (18 and older) and couples to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet clients where they are, creating a safe space for curiosity, understanding, and connection—within a structured framework that nurtures compassionate healing and growth. I assist those with trauma to heal and find ways to feel safe and to trust themselves and others again. I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma and complex trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and grief.
