Accepting Clients! Entry to therapy can hold many fears for individuals, but nonetheless you are here and that is worth celebrating. I work with individuals or couples who experienced long-term trauma, including those who had difficult or culturally complex childhoods. It’s important to take the time to understand and make sense of one's experiences to move through it. My ideal client is someone who spent some time in therapy or is brand new to therapy and is hoping to go deeper. I like to remind my clients that what makes therapy unique is it is an external space to explore internal topics, so no topic is a silly topic!
