Hi, I’m Christina O. Nunez, a Latina, bilingual, and licensed therapist and the founder of From Within Therapy. I provide individual therapy to women navigating stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. I understand how hectic life can become. I offer a supportive, grounded space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gain practical tools to feel more in control. I am especially invested in supporting first-generation professionals as they work to restore hope while navigating family conflict, cultural expectations, and work-related stress.
