People often come to therapy with me not because their lives are in crisis, but because something no longer feels right. Most of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who manage a great deal—work, relationships, expectations—while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly unsettled beneath the surface. Many are questioning the lives they’ve built or trying to stay grounded in a time that feels increasingly tense, divided, and uncertain. My approach is relational and process-oriented. I’m more interested in understanding how you think, how you’ve learned to cope, and what patterns keep repeating.
