I have a genuine interest in helping individuals and families achieve a greater sense of wellness in their lives. By learning to be good to yourself ultimately allows you to be the best you for others. Symptoms are often something we experience when life is out of balance and/or we aren't practicing wellness. I believe in creating a collaborative relationship between our mind and body, which promotes long-term health and wellness.
