I am currently accepting new clients at the Hope Center in the Binghamton, NY area. I am a compassionate and empathetic mental health counseling intern who focuses on offering support to individuals and couples. I enjoy working with people who are exploring their life purpose, beliefs, and values at every life stage. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice, not only from a clinical perspective but also through my lived experiences as an individual, spouse, parent, and working professional. My counseling approach is centered around understanding each client’s unique needs and goals, combining person-centered care with cognitive behavioral therapy to provide support. I am also deeply passionate about exploring the human brain and behavior through the perspective of trauma-informed care.
