I support people from all walks of life using EMDR and animal assisted therapy. Many of my clients are naturally caring and giving. They show up fully for their work, families, and communities, but often end up feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure of their own direction. In our work together, we go beyond surface level coping skills to create meaningful, lasting change. With personalized therapy and the comforting presence of therapy animals, you’ll have a safe space to feel grounded, restored, and reconnected with yourself and what truly matters to you. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I work with people carrying the weight of caregiving, service roles, or significant life changes, as well as those navigating PTSD, anxiety, or depression. Together, we focus on healing, balance, and reconnecting with your sense of self.
