My name is Christina Rheingold, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have spent almost 20 years serving individuals who experience stress related to the home or work environment, situational challenges, symptoms of depression, or anxiety, that has impacted a person’s quality of life. I have found that my style and approach best serve individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, high stress, or who have served in the military. My focus is to work together to address common concerns that negatively affect individuals' overall wellbeing.
