Christina works primarily with children, teens, and families; however, has extensive experience working with adults with varying difficulties, including trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties and difficulties expressing their feelings. She has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years and has experience working in community mental health, inpatient hospitals, day programs, substance abuse facilities, schools and mobile treatment. Christina will work with the person and family to help improve their communication, relationships, and empower the client's sense of self. Christina will also use expressive modalities, such as drawing and sand tray as a tool to examine the role of attachment, trauma and emotions.
