Think of your favorite mixed candy with that one flavor you refuse to eat; now, imagine half of the bag being filled with that flavor. Life can be similar to that bag. Traumatic events, loss of loved ones, unexpected career transitions, sudden changes in health, and coping with disabilities can cause feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, symptoms of PTSD, or grief. You do not have to walk in it alone. My goal is to walk with you on this journey called life in a non-judgmental space where you will be provided tools to pave a new path for yourself that you will be happy with.
