As a bilingual clinical social worker I can also provide therapy to Spanish speaking individuals. The most rewarding aspect of this field is helping others help themselves in working toward becoming their best self. There’s no shame in asking for help. It takes good insight and judgement to know when we need help. It is one of the most beneficial things we can do to ensure we become the best versions of ourselves.
