I enjoy working with adults of all ages seeking support with eating disorders, body image, negative eating disorder treatment experiences, gender and sexuality exploration, unique stressors of graduate school, and challenging relationships with parents/caregivers. Little Bird provides a deep understanding and compassion for all persons and their parts and is committed to maintaining space free of pathologization and hierarchical relationships between therapist and client.
