I am a psychologist with over 10 years of experience helping children, teens and adults overcome a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work issues, and trauma. Many of my clients are going through difficult life transitions, struggle with knowing what they want or need, how to communicate those wants or needs effectively or feel a lack of control over themselves or their lives. Therapy can be a powerful tool to support creating positive change and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their internal world and navigate their external one.
