My certification in perinatal mental health has given me the experience working with women through the challenges of pregnancy, infertility and the postpartum period. I have experience helping young adults and adults through anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and other mental health challenges. I also have a soft spot for working with military spouses, as I am one myself, and can appreciate the unique challenges they may face with separation from loved ones, relocation, employment, etc. I offer virtual psychotherapy services to those living in TN, NJ, VA and DC though a secure platform and walk and talk sessions to those local to Atoka, TN.
