Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including individuals impacted by sexual assault, domestic abuse, postpartum depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, and a variety of other traumatic experiences. I utilize a person-centered approach, allowing each individual to take the lead in their healing journey while feeling safe, seen, heard, and accepted. In addition to a person-centered framework, I incorporate CBT to support small, intentional changes that lead to long-term healing and personal growth. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, & families.
