Welcome, my name is Christina! If you’re seeking out therapy for yourself, a relationship, or a child, I would love to walk with you. My practice is driven by a genuine love for people and a desire to help others feel seen, heard, and valued. I focus on person-centered and collaborative care, emphasizing the power of listening with curiosity and creating a safe, supportive environment for my clients and their families. I primarily enjoy working with teens and their families, as well as adults who are seeking to better understand their neurodivergence (ADHD/ASD). My passion is helping individuals build compassion for themselves while also learning how to communicate their experiences so that the people around them can better understand and support them.
